Since all of our products are hand-made, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. All of our products are gift wrapped in complimentary, sustainable packaging--consisting of vintage magazine sleeves, vintage silk remnant strips in a glassine envelope with a brass tag. Shipped USPS first class mail, or Priority. 

** Please note more for orders having more than one item, we will refund the additional shipping, if charged. Contact us directly if you need overnight shipping.  

We will happily accept returns for store credit within 2 weeks of delivery time, provided the item is unused. The customer is responsible for shipping returned items. In the case of a detective item, we will either refund purchase price or offer an exchange for another item.

Yes. All personal information is protected and  will not be disclosed to any third parties. We use a secure server with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

We, further, do not store credit card card information at any time.

As much as possible, we use recycled or vintage materials.  We do source beads from trusted suppliers that we have used for many years.  Whenever possible, we reuse material that is already on the planet-we do whatever we can not to take more. In this way, we can use material not typically used for jewelry to make a beautiful and eco-friendly statement. 

We recommend that any product made with seeds or bone or shell not get wet. Natural materials eventually age and wear, but that adds to the overall look of the piece.  Any of our gold bracelets with leather will develop a patina with age and we encourage you to leave them on to become part of you.   Since most of our pieces are strung on natural material, we offer a 1 year guarantee from the time of purchase on the stringing.
